Burmor Construction, based in Market Deeping, specialises in designing and building affordable housing, industrial and commercial developments, and private homes. Burmor has partnered with ICW to provide structural warranty cover for several social housing projects, encompassing detached and semi-detached houses and apartments. These developments will create over 200 sustainable and energy-efficient homes for families and individuals.

An example of Burmor’s commitment to the delivery of sustainable and affordable homes is the Norwood Road development in March. This project features 50 energy-efficient two, three, and four-bedroom bungalows and houses for affordable rent for our valued client Accent. All homes are designed to achieve A-rated EPCs, ensuring lower energy bills for residents and minimising their environmental footprint.
