These 37 units at Pinchbeck are a mixture of 1 - 4 bed Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes.
The Timber Frame structures will have a varied finish of render and clad detail finish, and 10 of the Affordable Rent properties will be home to solar panels. The project has a PMV rating of 55%.
There will be a large green area situated on the development, home to a Attenuation Basin, providing a safe and contained storage for excess rain water and a home for wildlife to flourish.
Due for completion in March 2025.
